Returns Policy
We work hard to provide you with the best quality designs and products, and hope that you will be pleased with the product you have ordered from our Sunbeam Jackie website.

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase you must notify us by sending an email to info@sunbeamjackie.com with the following information – order reference number, a full description of the problem, your unique product number, your name and contact details and the reason why you wish to return the product. We usually answer emails within 1-2 working days and will contact you to organise a collection and explain all the necessary procedures.

Products that are made to specific order including all of our commissions cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.

Please open and check your order the day you receive it and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. If the delivered product is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us at info@sunbeamjackie.com as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. Please try to notify us of damages within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your customer order details with the package, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and we will contact you by email within a reasonable period of time to advise you of the possible replacement or refund.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. We will endeavour to process the refund due to you as soon as the parasol is back in our hands and we are happy that it is in a saleable condition. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

If you return a product to us for any other reason (for instance because you consider that the product is defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time.

We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of defective goods in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Unless the reason for your return is due to damage or faulty goods then goods should be returned to us in a saleable condition.
