Description of Products
All parasols available for purchase are described on their specific shop page on our website. Before ordering, we ask you to have a close look at the product description and design.

We work hard to provide you with what we consider the best design combined with best performance and are continuously developing our product in order to do so. We reserve the right to amend the specifications of products, their price, packaging and any service associated at any time.

We always try to represent each design as accurately as possible through photographs and text. We hope to provide you with the best images and description possible, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product. All Sunbeam Jackie parasol canopies are Limited Editions, individually designed and manufactured. No two Sunbeam Jackie parasols will ever be identical.

Sales
The products displayed on our website are on sale only as one-off products. When parasols have recently been sold they will be clearly indicated as SOLD.

You will always be kept informed of any changes to your order. If your order is delayed for any reason (manufacturing process, quality control issue, or other quality or manufacturing issues), You will be notified of the situation as soon as possible and advised by email as to when you should expect delivery. If this regretful delay causes any problems you may cancel your order and you will be reimbursed in full.

Prices
Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling(£). UK delivery charges are included in the price. Please contact us for delivery quotes to any other country.

The total purchase price will be displayed in your check out page prior to confirming your order.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an email order confirmation.

Soon after placing your order you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the details, description and price for the products ordered. On all purchases payment must be made in full before dispatch of your products.

Purchase of Products
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Internet and processed by Sunbeam Jackie.

Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine your full ability to receive the products.

Please ensure that all contact details are correct as this information is absolutely necessary in order to success fully deliver your products. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the basket, please contact us and we will rectify the mistake.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. We will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Should you need to make any changes to your delivery details please email as soon as possible info@sunbeamjackie.com.

Payment 

When you place your order your debit or credit card is charged for the whole amount due. Sunbeam Jackie uses Credit Card Security. When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. The sale will be submitted for processing as soon as you click on the “confirm” button. You will then receive an email from us, to confirm receipt of your order.

By placing an order through the Sunbeam Jackie website, you are confirming that you are legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that you are either the cardholder or have the cardholder’s express permission to utilise the card to effect payment.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Privacy Policy
Sunbeam Jackie do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. v Cookies are used on this shopping site where they are strictly necessary for the site functionality. Guarantee
Sunbeam Jackie products are guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in materials and manufacture for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase.

All Sunbeam Jackie products must pass rigorous quality control checks before we release them into the world. We hope that faults are highly unlikely, but should any become apparent within the guarantee period, please contact us at info@sunbeamjackie.com

We will need – A full description of the problem, Your Unique Product Number, Your name and contact details. We will either repair qualifying defects free of charge or replace all or parts of the product at our sole discretion. Please note that as all Sunbeam Jackie parasols are Limited Editions, Sunbeam Jackie can not guarantee to replace the same design and as such, should a parasol require replacement you would be requested to choose an alternative current design.

This guarantee is only valid when the product it covers is used for recreational purposes in conditions for which Sunbeam Jackie parasols are designed.

This guarantee also excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, including weathering, ultra-violet degradation, storm damage, high wind, misuse, neglect, improper care or accident. Sunbeam Jackie’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. Sunbeam Jackie can not be responsible for any consequential loss.
